Hotel Booking Payment Request Add-on Demo
This is a demo website for the Hotel Booking Payment Request extension for the MotoPress WordPress booking plugin. The major purpose of this add-on is to request and process booking payments automatically before arrival, keeping all bookings and billings data under one roof on your website.
How to test it as a user?
The demo is set up to email automatic ‘payment request’ reminders in one day before check-in date. To promptly get an example of such a reminder in your inbox, make sure your check-in date is not later than tomorrow and use a valid email address in the checkout for testing.
Please note that we set the demo to request a deposit booking payment (we use “Upon payment” booking confirmation mode); the remaining sum of money will be requested via email. The quickest way to process a test deposit payment is to select “Test payment” option on the checkout page. Once done, you should get a “Payment request for booking #” email.
The payment request email contains a “Pay balance now” link, which redirects back to the demo website to process the payment via preferable payment gateways. Once it’s paid, this information is recorded in the website database automatically. This way your customers secure their bookings.
